Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of setting up, dismantling, and relocating IT workstations, including PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers, telephones, and headsets. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and integrating peripheral devices, providing user training on hardware and software systems, and meticulously documenting all installations through text and image protocols via an app. Key responsibilities also include on-site fault analysis, implementing initial solutions, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams. This position requires a service-oriented, team-player with a customer-friendly approach, ready for occasional Germany-wide assignments, including overnight stays.
