Job Summary

This role involves operating and monitoring chemical production facilities focused on manufacturing crop protection active ingredients. The Chemical Plant Operator will be responsible for driving and overseeing these complex systems, managing, controlling, and coordinating all filling activities within the tank farm environment. Day-to-day tasks include performing minor repair and maintenance work, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Plant Operator or Production Specialist, hold a valid forklift license, and demonstrate professional experience in chemical product filling and plant operation. This position requires readiness for full continuous shift work and excellent German language skills, offering attractive compensation based on the chemical collective bargaining agreement within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection group.
