Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Facility Management Object Manager who will oversee and coordinate all aspects of facility operations for a market-leading client in the Dresden area. You will be responsible for critical tasks such as scheduling, capacity planning, creating offers and addendums, and conducting project controlling. A key part of your role involves providing expert customer consultation and fostering strong client relationships. You will also take on the technical leadership of a team, participating in contract award discussions and meetings, and ensuring meticulous documentation.
