Job Summary

This role involves designing and evolving modern, service-oriented software architectures for Geoinformation Systems (GIS) solutions. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, playing a significant part in complex GIS projects from concept to implementation. Key responsibilities include implementing modular GIS software components, integrating external and market-available systems, analyzing customer requirements, and managing geodata. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Information Technology, or comparable qualification

Experience

Professional experience in software development with a focus on GIS
Experience with common GIS platforms (ESRI ArcGIS, GeoServer, PostGIS)
Experience in handling geodata, its preparation and conversion
Optional: Experience in implementing routing and navigation procedures (On-Road/Off-Road)
Nice-to-have: Experience in developing automated geodata workflows
