Day-to-day tasks include meticulous scheduling and capacity planning, preparing offers and amendments, and ensuring effective project controlling. A key part of the role involves providing technical leadership to a team, participating in contract award discussions, and fostering strong client relationships through consultation and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering or heating, ventilation, and plumbing, coupled with several years of professional experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex facility projects and lead teams effectively.
