Job Summary

As a Handling Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aircraft and warehouse handling processes at various stations, ensuring strict compliance with directives. A key part of your role will be achieving financial and non-financial handling KPIs, conducting performance analysis, and implementing corrective actions. You will operationally steer both internal staff and external service providers, contributing to supplier relationship management and participating in negotiations for external handling services. This challenging role also involves organizing and opening new stations, implementing central process directives, and managing interfaces with airports, customs, and authorities, all while leading and developing your local handling team and ensuring efficient manpower utilization.
