Job Summary
Join Rohde & Schwarz, a stable global family company, as an Obsolescence Management Specialist focusing on electronic components. In this role, you will be responsible for the organizational and analytical processing of material discontinuations (production material) and their subsequent processes. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying affected material users, querying remaining requirements for obsolete components, pre-evaluating replacement suggestions, and coordinating user feedback. You will also control inventory levels and communicate necessary transitions to purchasing and development teams. Education
Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician or comparable qualification
