Job Summary

As a Data Management Engineer, you will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing the Safety and Control System (SaCoS) for 4-stroke engines within the Technical Engine Database (TED). Your daily tasks will involve managing measurement points and signals, ensuring data quality for test operations, commissioning, data logging, and online services. You'll be responsible for comprehensive variant and configuration management, contributing to standardization efforts, and generating essential documentation for various stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with project and release management, independent execution of work packages, and continuous process improvement to enhance data quality. You will also provide valuable input for the ongoing development of TED and related databases and applications, playing a key role in supporting the creation of P&IDs and sensor placement.
