Job Summary
This role involves leading and developing an expert team focused on modern productivity and workplace services within a large healthcare provider in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and service quality of the digital workplace, including multimedia, mobile, and collaboration tools. Key tasks include managing and optimizing software distribution, SSO, MDM, Office 365, data exchange platforms, and telemedical systems, ensuring high user satisfaction through collaboration with IT Security and infrastructure teams. The position requires strategic competence, strong communication, and a solution-oriented approach to continuously improve digital services and report on relevant KPIs to management.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification with relevant further training
Experience
- Several years of experience in leading teams and IT projects
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Workplace Services, collaboration tools, and IT Service Management systems
- Deep technical know-how in end-user services, infrastructure, and security & compliance in critical infrastructures
