Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Robert Koch Institute's organizational development team by ensuring smooth project execution, workflows, and information exchange. The successful candidate will act as the independent chief editor for the intranet, managing content, providing user support and training, and contributing to its ongoing development. Key responsibilities also include independently administering various workflow management systems, maintaining the RKI process landscape, and assisting with workshops, meetings, and internal communication initiatives. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of the institute.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial, administrative, or organizational field, or equivalent qualification. Proof of equivalence for foreign qualifications is required.

Experience

  • Professional experience in supporting organizational procedures and processes
  • Experience working with digital document management systems
  • Desirable: Further training or initial experience in systemic consulting, moderation, or communication training
  • Desirable: Experience in using project and process management tools

Additional

  • Readiness to participate in an extended security clearance check according to § 9 of the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) and its positive completion. Proof of equivalence for foreign educational qualifications is required.
