Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Data Center Technician focused on ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and hardware within a data center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incidents via a central ticket tool, performing server repairs according to internal and manufacturer standards, and executing IMAC/R orders. Key responsibilities also include managing goods movements, accompanying external technicians, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. This position requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with hardware and cabling, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, making it ideal for someone with a precise and reliable work ethic who thrives in a dynamic technical setting.
