Job Summary

Join Brunel as a Quality Planner, focusing on metrology and series production, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring the highest product quality from development to serial manufacturing. Your daily tasks will include comprehensive quality planning throughout the product creation process, creating 3D measurement programs for complex components using Hexagon software (tactile & optical), and performing measurements with various tools like lasers, profile projectors, and 3D measuring machines. You'll also be responsible for evaluating and documenting measurement data, maintaining CAQ software, and managing metrology equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and staff training. Key qualifications include a technical education or degree in mechanical engineering or quality management, extensive experience in quality planning, especially in metal processing or the automotive supply industry, and strong knowledge of metrology and CAQ systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to FMEA processes, manage customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement, all within a supportive and established engineering services environment.
