This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team, connecting people and technologies for various clients. Day-to-day, you will be the primary contact for customers, handling and resolving first and second-level support requests, managing a comprehensive phone and ticket system from acceptance to documentation. You will also escalate unresolved issues to third-level support and assist with customer projects, focusing on data cleansing and error analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, certified IT professional, or similar; or a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
