Job Summary
This role is for an IT expert to join a dynamic team, focusing on the implementation and ongoing development of Oracle Fusion HCM & Analytics and Data Warehouse solutions. Day-to-day, you will analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, develop processes, services, interfaces, and reports, including ETL development. A key part of the role involves the application-specific enhancement of the integration platform using Microsoft Azure. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics or IT vocational training with experience
Experience
- Practical experience with SaaS solutions in the HCM environment (ideally Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud)
- Alternatively, practical experience with DWH or BI solutions in the HCM environment (ideally FDI, ADW)
- Proficient in modern interface solutions (e.g., REST)
- Good knowledge of SaaS-relevant infrastructure components and IT security topics

- Located in Coburg, Germany. This position can be either permanent or fixed-term until December 31, 2027.
