The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients across Germany, assisting users with applications like Microsoft and Office 365, and managing Cisco VoIP systems. Key responsibilities include handling and documenting IT incidents, performing software distribution, and administering mobile devices.
