Job Summary

This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on IT support to employees, ensuring stable IT services and efficient daily operations within a modern IT landscape. The specialist will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, including the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT end devices such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities also involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and network interface issues, managing user accounts and access rights, and supporting IT rollouts and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills, contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
