Job Summary
This role at ProtaGene, a leading CRO partner in the biopharmaceutical and cell & gene therapy industries, involves the analysis of therapeutic protein active ingredients. The successful candidate will conduct analyses for method development, validation, qualification, transfer, and routine QC, often in a GMP-compliant environment. Key responsibilities include data acquisition, evaluation, review, report generation, and the standardization and further development of assays, including SOP creation. The position also entails contributing to the qualification of analytical equipment and software validation, as well as maintaining devices and conducting training. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in biotechnology or biochemistry, including recent graduates, to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic, international setting and contribute to cutting-edge biopharmaceutical development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a BTA, BioTA, CTA, or Biology Laboratory Technician, or a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in protein characterization (beneficial, but open to new graduates)
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (advantageous)
