Job Summary

This crucial role involves providing essential administrative and logistical support to the laboratory teams within a leading international CRO specializing in biopharmaceutical and cell/gene therapy development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of lab materials, from procurement and ordering of chemicals and reagents to their proper receipt, storage, and release. A critical component is maintaining accurate inventory records using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), supporting efficient sample and data administration, and ensuring all sample receipt, storage, and shipping processes strictly adhere to GMP guidelines. The role also involves performing aliquoting, chemical disposal, and maintaining safety equipment. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training (BTA, MTA, CTA, or equivalent), proven knowledge of chemical handling, and a highly precise, independent, and goal-oriented work ethic. Fluency in German and good English skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the international team, offering varied and responsible tasks within a growing life science organization.
