Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources department, focusing on proactive application management and talent acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing unsolicited applications, communicating with candidates during pre-selection, coordinating with recruiters for talent pool assignments, and creating/publishing job advertisements across various channels. The specialist will also maintain data in Microsoft Office applications and databases, represent the organization at recruiting events, and contribute to recruiting projects. This position offers an opportunity to work autonomously with flexible hours and mobile work options, contributing to a diverse and family-oriented public administration in Mainz.

Required Skills

Education

One of the following qualifications: eligibility for status office A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance; completed Administrative Course II; eligibility for the second entry-level position in Administration and Finance with several years of HR experience and willingness to complete A 11 LBesO qualification; completed training as Administrative Assistant or Administrative Course I with several years of HR experience and willingness to complete Administrative Course II; completed three-year commercial training with several years of HR, recruiting, and employer branding experience and willingness to complete Administrative Courses I and II. Further qualification in Project Management (required). Further qualification in modern recruitment methods (desirable).

Experience

  • Professional experience in Human Resource Management (required for some qualifications)
  • Professional experience in recruitment, employer branding, both operational and back-office (required for some qualifications)
  • Several years of professional experience in sales-oriented personnel acquisition (desirable)
  • Professional experience with modern recruitment methods (desirable)
