Job Summary

The Data and System Management Administrator supports the Building Maintenance department and project teams within the Mainz municipal building management sector. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate architectural and building inventory data, ensuring the integrity of essential systems. Day-to-day tasks involve performing assistant work, reviewing and modifying architectural plans, conducting data verification, and updating building inventory documents, specifically utilizing tools like Allplan CAD. A key responsibility is the administration (First Level Support) of departmental databases and ensuring accurate area calculations according to DIN 277 standards. Candidates should possess strong IT skills, ideally in CAFM and CAD, and must have relevant qualifications in administration, technical system planning, or construction drafting, coupled with a willingness to pursue further professional development.
