Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician to join a rapidly growing team, focusing on the installation and support of medical practice software (tomedo) for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for remote installation of server software, databases, and tools, troubleshooting issues, and communicating solutions to non-technical users and the development team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly. This position offers flexibility with remote work options across Germany and requires a willingness to travel for on-site client visits.
