Job Summary

As an Application Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting medical professionals across Germany in optimizing their use of tomedo practice software for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Your daily tasks will involve visiting doctor's offices for software installations, customizations (including medical device integration), and comprehensive team training. You'll also conduct workflow analyses and optimizations. During office days, you'll provide crucial remote support via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to software usage, network/device connectivity, and hardware recommendations.
