Job Summary

As a Senior IT Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant, you will be instrumental in establishing, developing, and implementing a company-wide BCM framework within the DRV-IT department. Your core responsibilities will involve designing and managing comprehensive strategies to maintain critical business processes, including conceptualizing and continuously enhancing the BCM framework in line with regulatory requirements. You will conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk analyses, develop and test emergency and recovery plans, and contribute to crisis management structures through exercises and training. This role requires advising management on BCM topics, fostering a resilience culture, and ensuring the operational resilience of critical IT systems, particularly within the context of the German Pension Insurance's core IT system.
