Job Summary

This role involves supporting and coordinating all aspects of data protection compliance within the Joint Computing Center of the German Pension Insurance, a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) operator serving approximately 50 million insured individuals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating legal analyses and inquiries, advising projects, leaders, and employees on complex data protection aspects, leading or participating in working groups, and managing the central documentation platform. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or vocational training in IT, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT and specifically in data protection within complex, high-security IT environments. Essential qualifications include deep knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz, cryptography, and experience in risk/emergency management (BCM) and IT project execution.
