The position requires representing the department in relevant committees, negotiating contracts, especially in property transactions, and preparing the annual report for building management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Real Estate Economics; OR completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant with further training as an Administrative Specialist
Experience
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in the municipal sector
- Basic understanding of technical processes in the construction sector
- In-depth knowledge of tenancy and condominium law
- Ability to think in an results-oriented and business-economic manner
