Job Summary

This role involves driving the sustainable transformation of mobility solutions by actively shaping the charging infrastructure of tomorrow for Swiss Post's fleet and the public PowerUp network. The Project Manager independently leads challenging E-Transformation projects related to AC/DC charging infrastructure, overseeing planning, commissioning, quality, timelines, and costs. Key responsibilities include analyzing technical prerequisites and customer needs, coordinating internal and external partners, managing service providers, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication. Candidates must possess a technical background in electrical engineering or e-mobility, coupled with several years of technical project management experience, ideally within the charging network sector. Deep knowledge of vehicle-side charging technologies, standards, and integration into existing energy systems is essential. This is a pioneering opportunity to contribute significantly to the complete electrification of the Swiss Post fleet by 2035, requiring strong problem-solving skills and fluency in German.

Required Skills

Education

Technical basic education in Electrical Engineering or E-Mobility

Experience

  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment, ideally within charging networks.
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle-side charging technologies, charging standards, and integration into existing energy systems.
  • Experience in operations, troubleshooting, and introducing new technologies in the field of E-Mobility.

  • Must be willing to work 70-100% (job sharing possible) in Bern and Homeoffice setup. High self-motivation and pronounced problem-solving capabilities required.
