Job Summary

As an IT Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of server and client systems within a Microsoft environment. This role involves leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure, to implement IT infrastructure projects. Your daily tasks will include the installation, configuration, and integration of hardware and software, as well as performing problem analysis within customer infrastructures and documenting solutions in a ticketing system. You will also engage in active communication with both clients and manufacturers.
