Job Summary

Join FERCHAU's team as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll ensure smooth IT operations and provide essential technical assistance. Your daily tasks will involve classifying and dispatching incoming support tickets, resolving issues, and managing change requests and incidents. You'll be responsible for installing and maintaining client workstations (PCs, phones, printers) and local servers, as well as performing Active Directory management. This role also includes installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, acting as a key communication link between users and other support teams, and contributing to various IT projects. We are looking for an ambitious professional, either experienced or a career starter, who is eager to elevate technology solutions to the next level.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Administrator, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Initial experience in IT support
  • Professional experience with Microsoft products like Windows Server 2012/2016 and Windows Clients 7/10 (desirable)
  • Understanding of IT network technology (desirable)
