Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Support Manager who will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and service to national and international customers. Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating support service concepts for various systems, devices, and test equipment, as well as conducting related training sessions. The manager will also maintain repair files, documentation, and evaluations, create failure statistics, and derive corrective actions. A significant part of the role involves leading projects and programs post-series production. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical customer support
- Experience with various support tools and systems (e.g., ticketing systems, remote maintenance software)
- Good knowledge of fault analysis and problem resolution for electronic devices
- Experience in leading projects/programs post-series production
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel worldwide (minimum 50%)
