Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, tendering, awarding, construction supervision, and billing of maintenance, renovation, and conversion measures for the district's properties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for awarding and coordinating planning services (phases 1-9 HOAI) to engineering offices and ensuring internal departmental coordination with project engineers. Key tasks include monitoring quality and contract compliance for medium to large construction projects, coordinating technical stakeholders, and conducting daily inspections of structural and technical systems on or in buildings and outdoor areas. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within the public sector, contributing to the upkeep and modernization of essential infrastructure in Göttingen.
