Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager to lead complex 110kV overhead line construction projects within the Avacon grid area, focusing on expanding, renewing, and upgrading the high-voltage network, particularly for renewable energy transport. The Project Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing and leading projects, developing technical and economic solutions, and managing budgets. Key responsibilities include planning, permitting, calculation, tendering, construction, and commissioning, ensuring high work safety, adherence to deadlines, budget compliance, quality optimization, and risk minimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, surveying, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and possess strong communication and team skills.
