Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical workshop team, focusing on the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and repair tasks for machinery and plant systems. The Team Leader will also be responsible for implementing projects, participating in project groups, and performing weakness analyses to optimize processes. A key aspect of the role is supporting electrical engineering training and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment, with good knowledge of process automation and PLC systems. This position offers an opportunity to drive operational efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical systems within a large packaging manufacturer.
