Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT system administration, focusing on client and application support, infrastructure management, and project participation. The successful candidate will handle client installations, provide 1st and 2nd-level support, and assist with complex issues. Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Office, SharePoint), configuring network drives, and expanding the SharePoint environment. The position also covers Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune for notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, as well as user and rights administration in Active Directory and Exchange Online. Additionally, the administrator will maintain server and network infrastructure, analyze and resolve network problems, collaborate with internal departments and external IT service providers, and contribute to IT documentation and projects in cybersecurity and ISMS.
