Job Summary
This role supports the planning, steering, and implementation of a digital invoice entry workflow project. The successful candidate will coordinate the transition process with various departments, create training materials and documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the new workflow. A key aspect of the position involves quality assurance and continuous optimization of the workflow, both during implementation and in ongoing operations. The role also contributes to the development of processes and internal procedures within the city treasury, assists in creating and revising service instructions, and generates reports and statistics. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the modernization of public administration in Heilbronn.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Administrative Economics (Diplom or Bachelor) or equivalent qualification for higher administrative service
Experience
- Basic knowledge in budget, treasury, and accounting
- Willingness to learn SAP financial software
- Professional experience in project responsibility

- Temporary position for two years.
