Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT support for an international railway group, focusing on the lifecycle management and maintenance of end-user hardware. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for the deployment, installation, and decommissioning of monitors, desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices, including all associated peripherals and standard software. Key tasks also include performing hardware exchanges, managing individual and bulk office moves, and providing Second-Level Support for operational workplace hardware issues. The position requires strong technical skills in network integration and inventory management, ensuring smooth IT operations for a large organization.
