Job Summary
This role involves a dynamic blend of IT and HR responsibilities within the HR staff department. The successful candidate will manage IT product and equipment orders, assign system authorizations (Procat, ITSM, AD Mgmt., IAM), and oversee IT organization and administration for meeting room resources. They will also act as a technical point of contact for hybrid meeting rooms and liaison with corporate IT departments for software management. On the HR side, tasks include timely data entry and maintenance in corporate HR systems, handling administrative HR tasks, and managing access permissions for the Praterstern location. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT affinity, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative approach.
