Job Summary

This role is for an Electronics Technician specializing in Systems and Devices, playing a crucial part in generating 100% green rail power through hydropower at the Spullersee plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent execution of maintenance, repair, and functional monitoring of machinery and complex power plant systems. Daily tasks include fault analysis, troubleshooting, performing recurring inspections, and supporting maintenance and investment projects. Key qualifications include a completed vocational education in an electrical engineering field, strong craftsmanship, reliability, and a Class B driving license. This position offers the unique benefit of a secure, full-time, permanent contract with a large company (ÖBB), operating on an attractive 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday, 38.5 hours), allowing for an exceptional work-life balance in a scenic mountain environment while contributing significantly to green energy supply.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession (e.g., Electronics Technician or Plant Electrician). Ideally, a Master Craftsman or qualification certificate.

Experience
