Job Summary

This role involves hands-on chemical and technical work, focusing on the development and refinement of chemical formulations for various industries like textiles, carpets, and latex. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting application-specific testing to evaluate physical, chemical, mechanical, and flame-retardant properties of products, as well as preparing detailed lab reports. A key aspect of the job includes manufacturing small batches of up to 500 KG and assisting with challenging new product runs in production. Additionally, the position supports quality control and incoming goods inspection, manages master and test recipes within the inventory system, and handles data archiving.
