Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical-Technical Assistant in Hannover, focusing on the development and refinement of chemical formulations for the textile, carpet, latex, and other chemical industries. Day-to-day tasks include developing new recipes, conducting application-specific testing of physical, chemical, mechanical, and flame-retardant properties of products, and preparing detailed laboratory reports. The assistant will also be responsible for manufacturing small batches up to 500 KG, supporting production runs for complex products, and occasionally filling in for quality assurance and goods receiving inspection. Key requirements include a chemical or technical background, proficiency with laboratory equipment (maintenance and calibration), and experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
