Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Leica Microsystems' AI image analysis software portfolio. Your daily activities will involve acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer and user experience from onboarding through ongoing support, and fostering a strong user community alongside Market Development, Application, Product Expert, and Marketing teams. A key part of your role will also be managing renewals and driving expansion, directly contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets through value selling techniques. Required Skills

Education

BA / BS or MS degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field

Experience

  • Professional experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Management, Customer Support, or Account Management in a SaaS or software sales environment
  • Professional experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software
  • Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Ability to travel 10% overnight within territory or locations; Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; Fluent in another European language (besides English)
