Certified Food Chemist | Staatlich geprüften Lebensmittelchemiker (m/w/d)

Successfully completed training as a state-certified food chemist with the Third Examination Section (Drittes Prüfungsabschnitt) as per § 21 APOLmCh

• Experience in sensory and chemical analysis and food law assessment of samples, especially in animal-derived products and their alternatives, is beneficial
• Readiness for sensory examinations of animal foods of all species (e.g., meat, fish, shellfish, eggs) is required
• Experience in laboratory management, including quality assurance, is beneficial
• Broad experience in instrumental analytics

• Willingness to conduct sensory examinations of animal foods from all animal species (including various meat products, wild game, fish, mussels, and eggs)
• Flexibility for deployment in other task areas at the Oberschleißheim location
• Willingness to undertake business trips with multi-day overnight stays (e.g., for committee activities)
• Limited-term contract until December 31, 2026, with potential for extension
