Job Summary

As a Development Engineer specializing in Control Systems, you will be instrumental in creating and refining algorithms for the guidance, navigation, and control of guided missiles. Your daily tasks will involve developing simulation models, applying advanced control techniques like Extended Kalman Filters and robust/nonlinear control, and designing GNC algorithms primarily using MATLAB/Simulink. You'll also contribute to the operational implementation, integration, and flight testing of these algorithms, alongside preparing concepts, specifications, and development documentation.
