Job Summary
This role is for an IT Administrator who will also be responsible for training junior IT professionals. Day-to-day, you will be involved in the practical training of students in Business Informatics and IT specialists in System Integration, including creating learning materials, evaluating performance, and overseeing projects. Concurrently, you will perform core IT administration tasks such as managing server operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases (Oracle/MS-SQL), directory services (Microsoft AD/LDAP), and public key infrastructure. You will also be involved in network planning, server application maintenance, automation via scripting, and container orchestration. This position offers a stable, full-time role within a large social security service provider, providing a unique blend of technical administration and educational responsibilities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or a completed advanced IT training, or relevant IT experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in both IT administration and training of junior IT professionals
- Knowledge of the impact of demographic change on IT training for young professionals

Additional
- Willingness to obtain the required professional and work-pedagogical qualifications according to the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) within a reasonable timeframe, if not already possessed. Position available in Landshut or Munich.
