Job Summary

This role is centered on establishing and maintaining the IT knowledge infrastructure for a major German social security service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive guidelines and operating instructions, conceptualizing, maintaining, and steering knowledge processes, and managing critical knowledge databases.
