Job Summary

Join the Finance - Accounting team of a globally recognized Swiss luxury brand on a fixed-term contract. This pivotal role ensures the accurate management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. Day-to-day tasks include processing accounting entries, performing precise bank reconciliations using SAP, and preparing various payments. A key function involves managing the supplier/customer database, controlling expense reports via Concur, and rigorous follow-up on customer payments and disputes. You will play a crucial part in preparing and controlling intercompany transactions and actively contributing to the critical monthly and annual financial closings, controls, and reclassifications. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in Swiss accounting standards and SAP within an international industrial setting, contributing directly to process optimization and participating in internal and external audits.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management (or equivalent diploma)

Experience

  • Professional experience in accounting, preferably within an industrial or international setting
  • Confirmed experience utilizing SAP financial systems (S/4HANA is a significant advantage)
  • Strong professional mastery of core accounting principles (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
