Job Summary

Join ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions as an Electrical Engineer in the X-Ray Solutions Business Unit, focusing on the development of advanced metrology. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete development, planning, and implementation of control systems for automated and semi-automated industrial X-ray CT systems. This includes conceptualizing solutions for new automated systems, developing and adapting PLC machine controls, creating circuit diagrams with EPLAN, and ensuring technical documentation accuracy. You will also be involved in optimizing control solutions, analyzing errors, and supporting the commissioning of prototype systems both internally and at customer sites. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global R&D team, interfacing with customers and suppliers, and contributing to cutting-edge X-ray technology in diverse industries like electromobility and medical technology.
