Job Summary

This role involves cutting-edge research to develop strategies for minimizing off-flavor-associated cyanotoxins in edible fish, a critical issue for German inland fisheries and aquaculture. The successful candidate will focus on method development for sample preparation and analysis of cyanotoxins and off-flavor compounds using advanced LC-MS and GC-MS techniques. Day-to-day tasks include performing chemical analyses, balancing cyanotoxins along the value chain, conducting software-supported data analysis, and publishing results in English-language scientific journals and conferences. Required Skills

Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a comparable field

Experience
