Job Summary

This role involves supporting a client in Munich as an IT Specialist, focusing on the evaluation, introduction, and support of standard IT hardware, as well as managing a test lab. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating new standard IT hardware like PCs, laptops, monitors, and docking stations, assessing compatibility and security, and conducting test operations. The specialist will also maintain the test lab, manage device lifecycles, handle warranty claims, analyze errors, approve software updates, and provide support to customer sites and VIP users. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and standardization of IT hardware within a dynamic environment.
