Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Technician specializing in IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) and field services, supporting a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently processing assigned IMAC orders, performing setup, dismantling, and reconfigurations of client systems and printers, and conducting installations with functional tests for PCs, notebooks, and printers. A key aspect is meticulous documentation of all tasks within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education, strong IT knowledge, excellent German language skills, a Class B driver's license, and a customer-oriented approach. This position offers long-term assignments and a high chance of permanent employment with the client.
