Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk / Onsite Support Specialist who will be a crucial part of a growing IT service company in Germany. Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, documenting and resolving tickets at the 1st level, and escalating complex problems. A significant part of the job involves providing hands-on onsite support, including setting up and dismantling IT hardware, assisting with internal IT relocations, and maintaining the asset database. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience with Microsoft products, Active Directory, and ticketing systems, ensuring smooth IT operations and high service quality for clients.
