Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Desk / Onsite Support Specialist who will be a crucial part of a growing IT service company in Germany. Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, documenting and resolving tickets at the 1st level, and escalating complex problems.
